Printful’s Quick Store takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. Orders are shipped to the provided address: delivery is handled by third-party carriers, and options may vary.

How are Printful’s Quick Store customer issues and returns handled?

Since all Quick Stores products are made to order, returns and exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse aren’t accepted.

  • Damaged or defective items: Customers can request a reprint or refund within 30 days of delivery.

    Photos may be required as proof.

  • Lost packages: If an order hasn’t arrived, customers must report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Returned packages: If an order is returned due to a shipping issue (like an invalid address or carrier error), Printful can reship the order to your customer.
