If you have a question or run into an issue with your order, you can reach out to our Support Team using the Help and contact us link in the footer of your Quick Store.

Printful takes care of:

  • Order tracking

  • Product or shipping issues

  • Returns or reprints (when eligible)

Since all Quick Stores products are made to order, returns and exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse aren’t accepted.

Here’s what we cover:

  • Damaged or defective items: Customers can request a reprint or refund within 30 days of delivery. Photos may be required as proof.

  • Lost packages: If an order hasn’t arrived, customers must report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Returned packages: If an order is returned due to a shipping issue (like an invalid address or carrier error), Printful can reship the order to your customer.
