What are the fulfilling and shipping times?
Printful’s Quick Store takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. See shipping Printful’s shipping estimate click here. Orders are shipped to the provided address: delivery is handled by third-party carriers, and options may vary.
Holiday Surcharge
From Oct 15 to Jan 17 a$0.40 surcharge will be added to all orders with a US destination address. This surcharge applies to all shipping methods.
Every year, during the holiday season, major US shipping carriers, such as USPS and DHL, add temporary surcharges to manage higher order volumes and extra handling. This is a standard industry-wide adjustment, not a permanent price change. Sales tax will apply to the surcharge in US states where shipping is taxable. The tax is calculated from the product price, shipping cost (including surcharge), and any additional services. Shipping discounts and coupons don’t apply to this surcharge.
How are Printful’s Quick Store customer exchanges handled?
Since all Quick Store products are made to order, we do not accept exchanges at this time.

Quick Store products are made to order, we do not accept returns for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or defective items: Customers can request a reprint or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Photos may be required as proof.
Lost packages: If an order hasn’t arrived, customers must report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Returned packages: If an order is returned due to a shipping issue (like an invalid address or carrier error), Printful can reship the order to your customer. Please note that, if you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
